Cancellation Policy For Ballroom Events
By confirming your appointment through our booking form, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
You will be charged 100% of appointment scheduled if cancelled within 48 hours prior to the event time.
Deposits are non-refundable. In case of an emergency, deposits can be applied to a future event.

What are the benefits of Priority Booking? This includes the ability to select your preferred time in relation to the heat list. Priority Bookings are to be paid in full with your 20% gratuity at the time of booking. The cancellation policy applies to Priority Booking. If you decide to cancel, you may transfer credit to the next event for up to a year. (These times may change according to the heat list.)
